Our Policy

• DirectContractorCo connects homeowners with qualified independent contractors for remodeling and construction projects.

• Our sole role is to provide introductions and referrals between customers and contractors.

• We do not perform any construction work, construction management, supervision, or project oversight.

• We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, safety, completion, or any other aspect of the contractor’s work.

• The contractor is fully responsible for all aspects of the project, including workmanship, permits, insurance, warranties, and direct communication with the customer.

• All construction services, guarantees, and liabilities are solely between the customer and the contractor.

• By using DirectContractorCo as a source to connect the contractor and the customer, the customer agrees to pay a 5% fee to the overall total project cost. The referral fee applies only to the initial contract value. Change orders or additional work requested after may be subject to a separate agreement.
